I am a realist. My whole focus between now and spring, is getting better educated on distressed properties. It won't change any time soon.
The next big wave of foreclosures is on the horizon. It is a great opportunity to be involved in getting all this inventory moved. Great info.
Another GREAT reason to extend the First Time Home Buyer's Tax Credit!!! Investors are VERY selective which of these homes they will take out of the REO inventory so getting more interest from owner-occupants is a MUST!!!
